    establishing the Content Scope for the Service and defining its Visual Concept

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
    creates plans for marketing, launch, distribution, advertising, reporting, customer service, and goal setting

  • USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN
    combines the content skeleton with a user interface that has been designed according to Brand & UI guidelines

  • IMPLEMENTATION
    all bits and pieces from other phases are welded into a single service, tested, and put into production
